Statement on The Dark Star Jubilee 2020:

“If the thunder don’t get you then the lightning will”

We hung in there as long as we could, but It looks like Covid-19 is going to have its way this year.  Dark Star Orchestra and All Good Presents have faced many storms, but like the rest of the world, we have never experienced anything like this before.  Unfortunately, we have to reschedule the Dark Star Jubilee for 2021, but in the spirit of delivering the 9th edition of The Jubilee as it was meant to be, we are thrilled and grateful that most of the bands have already committed to making the move with us.
We promise to come back stronger in 2021 and know that the challenges we face today will make our future family celebrations even that much better.  Thanks for your understanding and good luck out there!

The Dark Star Jubilee has been postponed to May 28-30, 2021.

All 2020 Festival Tickets, Kids Tickets, and RV Passes will be honored for 2021 and if you can’t make it, we will process refund requests received by May 22, 2020.

We encourage our fellow music lovers to continue to take this seriously, to stay at home when possible, to practice social distancing and to wear a mask in public.  The more we continue to sacrifice our normal way of life by doing the right things for the community as a whole, the sooner we’ll get to the other side.

Be strong, stay safe, and continue to love one another!

Statement on Rescheduled May Tour dates:

“When you get confused listen to the music play!”

Plowing forward in an effort to bring the music to your hometown as originally planned, we have successfully rescheduled 21 of 24 shows.  We postponed and rescheduled Spring Tour 1 a few weeks ago and now we have done the same for Spring Tour 2.  Strange days indeed.  Please see calendar below for up to the minute information on the rescheduling of both legs of the Spring Tour.

Meanwhile, we invite you to join us for Walk in the Park Wednesdays, every Wednesday at noon ET, where Rob Eaton doubling as our Archivist, Producer and Engineer, will release rare archive recordings including first show performances by individual Dark Star Orchestra band members. www.soundcloud.com/darkstarorchestra

Plus tomorrow, Friday April 10, DSO is launching a free Live Stream Marathon while supporting MusiCares who has established the Covid-19 Relief Fund to help peers in the music community affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.  Come check out 3 full Cap Theatre shows, interviews with DSO band members and donate if you can to a great cause.
