The Artimus Pyle Band: Live at the Historic Tally Ho Theatre
The Ultimate Tribute to Ronnie Van Zant’s Lynyrd Skynrd

LEESBURG, VA – – The acclaimed Artimus Pyle Band is heading to Leesburg, VA to
perform live at the Tally Ho Theater. Artimus Pyle is a 2006 Rock and Roll Hall of
Fame Inductee as well as the former drummer of the world famous band, Lynyrd
Skynyrd. Since his departure from the group in 1991, Pyle developed his career as
a session drummer and solo artist. All of his endeavors led to his culmination of
four of the most seasoned musicians in the Southeast to create the “ultimate tribute
band.”

The Artimus Pyle Band embodies the true essence of Southern Rock. His band
recreates some of the most famous songs of the original Lynyrd Skynyrd including
Simple Man, Freebird, and Sweet Home Alabama to name a few. In addition to Pyle
(drummer), this five-piece band includes Brad Durden (Vocals/Keys), Scott Raines
(Guitar), Tony Black (Bass), and Jerry Lyda (Guitar). Each of these highly successful
solo musicians came together to become the most cohesive representation of
Ronnie Van Zant’s Lynyrd Skynyrd.
