As the dangers of the COVID-19 virus become more apparent and we are forced to stay inside, the economic damage that has already begun to happen is undeniable. Some of the most affected are small business owners and those in the service industry, as well as our heroes of the music industry who are having to cancel their gigs with very uncertain futures ahead.

We know the profound healing abilities of music can keep our spirits high at this time, so I have compiled a list of past and future live streams, plus streaming concert series and Facebook groups where musicians can apply to perform. Consider donating to these musicians or artists in this difficult time, or share this article so more may see the opportunity.

Among the following live streams is the “Live From Out There” couch tour series from 11E1even Group, in conjunction with nugs.net, who has announced a plan to provide fans with a steady flow of digital content over the course of the coming months. A portion of proceeds from the stream will benefit the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund COVID-19 Fund, which has been set up to help musicians and music industry workers who have suffered a loss of income due to the recent outbreak.
