It’s Friday January 27th, 2017.. the street outside of New York City venue DROM is packed with bar hoppers and music lovers. Inside the bar is lined with friends and fans anxiously awaiting the opening set from Escaper. Will, the lead guitarist of Escaper, employs the famous ‘wait a bit longer’ technique to ensure all the guests have arrived.

Escaper opens up with a mind blowing set filled with psychedelic guitar virtuosity, tight grooves, and impressive musicianship. Escaper is a Brooklyn, NY on Ropeadope Records based band that blends rock, funk and jazz into a fusion of danceable spacey jams. These guys put on a show!

Strange Machines takes the stage and plays a spectacular set including a cover of a psychedelic pop classic “Electric Feel” by MGMT. They kept the energy high and the crowd moving for the entirety of the set, fueled by impressive riffs and tight improvisations.
