Last Saturday April 19th, Washington DC band B Side Shuffle played to a sold-out crowd at the 9:30 Club, sharing the bill with prog rockers Moon Taxi and New Orleans Rock ‘n’ Roll band The Revivalists. We were excited to see B Side Shuffle live for the first time, having fallen in love with their music and consequently inviting them to The Mad Tea Party Jam.

The night was a great night for all three bands to show off their vocal and songwriting chops, and none disappointed.  B Side Shuffle started the night off strong and the crowd was chanting their name by the time the set was over.  Their energy flowed through us and had everyone lively and dancing right from the jump.  After their set we had a great time hanging out with Geoff Browning and the rest of the guys, and it was apparent that the positive energy they project is a natural part of their personalities.

The B Side Shuffle consists of Jasper Drisko, Carter Jones, Geoff Browning, Nik Sus, and Max Gigle.  They have been making groovy music together since 2012 and have since been on a tear impressing audiences all over the Mid-Atlantic.  Check out their album Farmalade on their website and don’t forget to be there for their set at The Mad Tea Party Jam!
