The independent American rock band Dopapod, known for their immersive live shows and group improvisation, has released an animated music video for “Mucho”, the forthcoming bilingual single from their latest album “MEGAGEM”. The release comes two months into the band’s planned hiatus from touring, and offers a look into the daily life of a robot that hits close to home for many human beings. The music features uplifting lyrics and a refrain that is delivered in Spanish. The music video can be found on their Youtube channel.

The video was produced by Avalanche Artists with animations provided by Curtis Peel. Dopapod currently has no tour dates scheduled, but devoted fans find solace in soundboard recordings of most every show the band has ever played which are available at dopapod.bandcamp.com

Dopapod is Eli Winderman (keys and vocals), Rob Compa (guitar and vocals), Chuck Jones (bass), Neal ‘Fro’ Evans (drums) and Luke Stratton (sound & lights).  Their music seamlessly melts elements of funk, progressive rock, blues, jazz, electronica, metal, bluegrass and reggae.
